• ARMY (Fipronil 40% + Imidacloprid 40% WDG) offers dual action, both systemic and contact, providing effective control against white grubs.Fipronil disrupts nerve impulse transmission by blocking Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA)gated chloride channels in the central nervous system. This blockage prevents the uptake of chloride ions, causing excessive neuronal stimulation. The resulting hyperexcitation of the insect's nerves and muscles leads to severe paralysis and eventual death. Imidacloprid acts as a Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) antagonist at the neuronal and neuromuscular junctions in the central nervous system. It disrupts normal signal transmission, causing nerve cell excitation, severe paralysis, and ultimately the death of the treated insect. Benefits ARMY is a premix, nondusty Water Dispersible Granule (WDG) formulation. It disperses or dissolves quickly in water to form a fine particle suspension in the spray tank. This product belongs to the Phenylpyrazole and Neonicotinoid group of insecticides and offers a unique combination of systemic and ingestion/contact action. ARMY effectively controls all species of white grubs and other soil pests, providing longer persistency and greater solubility in water. Additionally, it has a good phytotonic effect, enhancing root growth and resulting in greener plants and higher yields.
