OMEGA is a selective post-emergence broad-spectrum herbicide that provides excellent control over Phalaris minor. For optimal results, apply OMEGA when the majority of grass weeds have emerged and are actively growing. Maachis is absorbed through the leaves of grass weeds. The active growth of susceptible grasses halts within 48 hours after application. Decay of nodes and growing points becomes visible, with young leaves initially showing chlorosis followed by necrosis. It is recommended for post-emergence application approximately 30-35 days after sowing the wheat crop, when Phalaris minor is at the 3-4 leaf stage.
